Meet your Team
Myron is the founder and operator of Hearth & Harbor Networks, bringing an extensive background in networking, security, and IT infrastructure to high-end homes across the South Shore, Cape Cod, and the Islands. Having grown up on Martha’s Vineyard, Myron began his professional career with Cape Air, where he advanced into technology leadership as Distribution Technology Manager - supporting systems and integrations where reliability, compliance, and operational continuity were non-negotiable.
At Cape Air, Myron helped implement critical airline technology initiatives including inter-airline messaging, secure flight data messaging to DHS and CBP, and the technology required to support TSA PreCheck. He routinely worked cross-departmentally with stakeholders across Reservations, Airports, Training, and Help Desk to integrate new tools, close technology gaps, and build practical workflows that frontline teams could rely on.
Myron later served as an IT Project Manager at Tech Etch, where his work directly supported manufacturing programs in the DoD, Mil-Aero, and Medical Device pipeline. In an environment shaped by ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements, he led projects where network security, data integrity, and uptime were mission-critical - and where technology systems needed to be both robust and auditable. His scope included infrastructure initiatives that supported Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) operations and the day-to-day systems that keep production moving.
For Myron, technology isn’t just about equipment - it’s about community and the relationships built through trust and follow-through. He approaches every home as a one-of-one environment, delivering clean, meticulously documented infrastructure and a calm, white-glove experience from site walk to handoff. Myron takes pride in putting his name on every project and building long-term client relationships rooted in accountability, discretion, and exceptional service.
Andrea brings a rare blend of high-end construction leadership and white-glove client stewardship to Hearth & Harbor. As a Project Manager with Tate Builders on Martha’s Vineyard, Andrea helped guide complex, multi-building residential estates from early coordination through final handoff - where craftsmanship, discretion, and detail aren’t “nice to have,” they’re the standard. Tate Builders works exclusively on the Vineyard, building refined homes designed as true retreats - spaces to host, recharge, and live beautifully.
Her background reflects the caliber of projects she’s led: Vineyard residences ranging from waterfront, architect-led homes to larger estate-style properties, where schedule control, trade coordination, finish quality, and homeowner communication must be flawless.
In addition to construction project management, Andrea is a licensed Realtor and supports marine financing for Oyster Harbors Marine - one of New England’s premier yacht sales, brokerage, and service companies. This combination gives her a sharp understanding of high-net-worth client expectations, timelines, and the level of professionalism required when the “product” is an experience.
Andrea’s focus at Hearth & Harbor: ensuring every project feels calm, organized, and personal - built around the home, the owner, and the way the property is actually used.
Keith is Hearth & Harbor’s Sales & Account Manager, bringing 15 years of technical sales experience in the solar industry and 10 years in alcohol distribution - two fields where trust, timing, and follow-through are everything. His strength is building lasting client relationships by listening closely, asking the right questions, and translating needs into clear, practical options.
As your primary point of contact, Keith manages the relationship beyond the install. He’ll coordinate upgrades, expansions, seasonal check-ins, and future projects - making sure your system continues to match how you use your home. Outgoing and highly responsive, Keith is focused on fit over flash: not pushing a sale, but building long-term trust and ensuring every recommendation aligns with what the client actually needs.
